TL系列颗粒调质冷却器
●集颗粒调质（后熟化）和冷却功能于一体，结构紧凑，自动化程度高；
●调质器内层采用不锈钢制作，夹层蒸汽保温，翻板式排料，调质时间可达15-20分钟，进一步提高颗粒熟化度，糊化效果好，产品在水中稳定性可达2-5小时；
●冷却风量可调，冷却后颗粒温度不高于室温3-6℃，降水率≥3%；
●成功解决了以往产品因翻板漏风导致熟化温度不足的致命缺点；
●适用于生产对熟化度、糊化度和耐水性有较高要求的水产料、虾饲料及高档畜禽料。

●Concentrate the functions of refining (aging Later) and cooling the pellet in it, its construction is compact and the automation degree is high;
●The internal layer of the conditioner is made by stainless steel, steam tracing the interlayer, nollie blowdown, the refining time is up to 15~20 minutes, to improve on the pellet aging degree, good pasting effect, the stability of the products in water up to 2~5 hours;
●The air flow is adjustable, the temperature of the pellet not above 3~6℃ after cooling down, precipitation rate≥3%;
●Successfully solved the vital deficiency that the aging temperature of the old products not enough  caused by the nollie not airtight;
●Apply to produce the aquatic feed, shrimp feed，superior quality livestock and poultry feed which have higher requirements on aging degree, pasting degree and water-resistance.
